This intensive exists to move you from the first group to the second — in four weeks, around a full-time job, in person in Kochi.

What the four weeks deliver

The curriculum compresses the working core of our consulting practice into evening-and-weekend format. Week one builds an honest capability map — including what current AI fakes convincingly, which is where most corporate AI money is wasted. Week two is the build week: your process, automated live. Week three adds retrieval systems over domain documents and agent patterns with the guardrails we use in production deployments. Week four is deployment, measurement, and the buyer-side judgement layer: how to scope an AI initiative, what it should cost, which vendor claims to distrust, and how to govern what you deploy.
