Where we come from

Long before "AI agency" was a crowded category, our team was doing the unglamorous work of keeping enterprise infrastructure secure and running — patching, monitoring, incident response, audits. That heritage shapes everything about how we build AI systems today: least-privilege access as a default, audit trails on every automated decision, and an instinct for asking "how does this fail?" before asking "how does this demo?"

When large language models made serious automation possible for mid-sized businesses, we saw the same pattern we'd watched in security for a decade: vendors selling magic, buyers drowning in claims, and a wide-open space for a firm that would put numbers on the table and be judged by them. CortexIntel was built to be that firm — five services, one 90-day engagement structure, and case studies with measured results.

Two offices, one team

We operate from London (Kemp House, 152-160 City Road) and Kochi (Globesta, Vyttila). This isn't an offshore arrangement — it's one engineering and consulting team across two time zones, which lets us pair senior UK-market judgement with deep build capacity at prices a mid-sized business can justify. Clients talk directly to the people building their systems, in either office.

Kochi is also home to the CortexIntel AI Academy, where our consultants teach school students, college students and working professionals — more than 500 alumni so far. We teach with the systems we deploy, which keeps both sides honest.
