Why a consultancy runs a school
Because "Accessible to All" is one of our four operating principles, not a poster. The AI capability gap is widening fastest exactly where access to serious teaching is thinnest — and Kochi, our engineering home, deserves the same quality of AI education as London boardrooms get in our consulting work.
The academy also keeps us honest. Teaching a fourteen-year-old how a model fails, or a practice manager how to automate her own reporting, is the best test of whether we actually understand what we deploy for clients. Our instructors rotate betweenclient deploymentsand the classroom by design.
Practitioner-taught.Instructors build production AI systems the same week they teach.
Small cohorts.18–24 seats per cohort. Nobody hides, nobody coasts.
Project-first.Every student ships a working project — the certificate describes it.
Scholarships.Need-based places in every cohort, as policy.
